2. Mention the Baylor Nanomedicine group to be qualified for the discount rate. I suggest that you may share a room with colleague partly because of limited room in that hotel and to save grant funds.
3. The booking deadline to qualify for the group rate is September 15, 2011.
4. We will reimburse your hotel stay for three nights.
5. The retreat will start on October 21 at noon time and end at noon time on October 23.
