This is an introductory course intended for new members of NCMI's Cryo-EM facility and its resources. The workshop will primarily focus on the practical aspects of cryo-EM such as sample preparation, low dose imaging techniques and data analysis.

Participants will be given an opportunity to work with cryo-sample preparation equipment (FEI Vitrobots, Gatan Cryo Plunge, Leica Cryo Preparation Chamber) and cryo electron microscopes (JEM2100 and JEM2200FS).
